But when we’re disconnected from ourselves, it can quietly shape how we move through the world—making it harder to feel present, connected, and fully engaged in life.

This workshop offers an immersive journey into the profound connection between your body and mind. It invites you to slow down, tune in, and deeply connect with your body’s sensations — those subtle messages that often go unnoticed in the busyness of life.
Together, we’ll uncover the holding patterns and tension your body carries, gently exploring ways to release them. This process opens the door to a more harmonious, nurturing relationship with yourself — one rooted in compassion, curiosity, and present-moment awareness.
At the heart of this work is somatics, a way of experiencing yourself as a whole living being — mind, body, sensations, emotions, and relationships — all deeply intertwined and in ongoing dialogue. Unlike approaches that focus mainly on changing thoughts, somatics honors the body’s innate intelligence — often revealing what the mind has yet to understand.
This conversation happens through your nervous system — the body’s intricate network that quietly guides how you feel, breathe, move, and respond to the world around you. Its fundamental job is to help you feel safe and connected. But when it senses danger — sometimes triggered by memories or experiences replaying in the present — it activates protective responses like fight, flight, or freeze. These automatic reactions shape the way tension lives in your body and influence how you experience your emotions and movement, often outside of your conscious awareness.
Using somatic yoga as a gentle, mindful guide, we’ll explore breath, intuitive movement, and self-reflection at a pace that feels safe and empowering. This is not about pushing or forcing, but about creating space for self-discovery, nurturing care, and choice — a pathway to coming home to yourself, body, mind, and heart.
In this live, guided session, you’ll experience gentle somatic practices designed to:
