Why I Do This Work
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your needs and unsure of your worth. To look like you’ve got it all together on the outside, but inside, feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck.
For years, I felt like I couldn’t say no, couldn’t make mistakes, and was constantly afraid of being rejected or not being good enough. I thought that if I could just please everyone, fit in perfectly, and avoid rocking the boat, I’d finally feel like I belonged. I believed that reading the right books, trying harder, or doing all the "right" things would bring me the freedom I was searching for.
But true change came when I stopped trying to be who I thought I should be and started getting honest with myself.
When I stopped trying to fix or perform—and instead began listening to what was real, what was true for me, and what I actually needed.
Through somatic work, nervous system healing, and yoga, I began reconnecting with my whole self—mind and body—and getting to the root of the patterns that were holding me back. I started to understand why I people-pleased, why I feared rejection, and how those protective patterns had once helped me feel safe.
The more I met those parts of myself with compassion, the more things began to shift. I felt more grounded, more present, and more like myself.
As I made those shifts, everything around me began to change. My relationships became more honest and fulfilling. I felt more confident in my choices and more at home in my life.
This is the work that helped me come home to myself. And now, it’s the work I share with others.

This is a personalized coaching container designed to support deep transformation at the nervous system level—so the shifts you make actually stick.
We weave together somatic healing, trauma-informed coaching, mindfulness, and yoga-based practices to help you move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.

This is a personalized, in-depth coaching program designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your truth, and the parts of you that may have been hidden or protected for a long time.
Through the lens of my Four Pillars of Embodiment framework, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped your life—not to judge or fix, but to understand and gently shift them. Together, we’ll create a path that supports meaningful, lasting change—change that comes from within and honors your unique pace.
This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about slowing down enough to hear yourself again.
You’ll receive weekly 1-hour sessions, along with ongoing support through Voxer between calls—so you have space to process, ask questions, and stay connected to the work in your real, everyday life.
I offer multiple coaching package options (ranging from $399–$1597) so you can choose the level of support that feels right for you.
